Meet Megan

Therapist | Holistic Mental Health Support | Maternal Wellness Advocate

Meghan received her Masters in Social Work at Stony Brook University. She utilizes a holistic approach to treatment; focusing on emotional, mental, physical, and social aspects, in order to help uncover underlying causes of distress and assist in developing coping skills. Meghan also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as a strengths-based approach.

Meghan has a passion for supporting child bearing individuals as they work to heal prenatal, postpartum, and maternal mental health struggles in a non-judgemental and supportive environment. Meghan works with adults, college aged individuals, and teenagers; and has extensive experience working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, and substance abuse.

In her spare time Meghan loves spending time outside, reading, listening to podcasts, and dancing. She moved to Connecticut with her husband and 2 young children a few years ago so she also enjoys exploring the area, especially anywhere near the water.
