Meet maggie

Licensed Master Social Worker

Maggie Spadaro is a Licensed Master Social Worker who believes that everyone is the expert in their own life.

She sees therapy as a collaborative process and believes her role is to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as you work toward the goals and changes that feel most meaningful to you. Maggie strives to create a space where clients feel safe, comfortable, heard, and valued. She aims to bring warmth, empathy, and even a little fun into the therapeutic process.

Her goal is to create an environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while exploring challenges, building on their strengths, and growing at their own pace.

Maggie specializes in working with children and adults experiencing anxiety, as well as individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD. She is also passionate about working with couples and families to strengthen communication, build trust, and foster healthier relationships.

Recognizing that every client has unique needs and preferences, Maggie incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches, including traditional talk therapy, somatic-based interventions, art therapy, and play-based therapy.

Outside of the office, Maggie enjoys baking, spending time with her cat, reading, and relaxing with a good cup of coffee (especially in the chillier months). She is also a published children’s book author and a nanny!

She looks forward to getting to know you and supporting you as you work toward creating a life that feels happier, healthier, and more fulfilling.
